AI Pulse

A free self-reported check across the four review questions. The result is indicative, not an evidence-scored review. The next step on the offer ladder is a Snapshot.

Self-reported and indicative. This is not an evidence-scored review.

Where are we using AI, and which uses are risky?

Do you have a list of the AI systems your organisation uses, including tools staff adopted on their own?

Do you know which of those uses affect customers, employees, or regulated decisions?

Have you identified uses that would be high-risk or prohibited under the EU AI Act?

Is there a named owner for each material AI use?

Can you tell which uses are still experiments and which are in live operation?

Are we compliant?

Do you know which AI uses need a conformity assessment, a fundamental-rights check, or a similar legal review?

Are people told when they are interacting with AI, or when AI has affected a decision about them?

Do you keep a record of the data used to train, prompt, or evaluate material AI systems?

Is a named person accountable for AI compliance?

Have you mapped your controls to a recognised framework such as the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, or NIST?

Which projects should we speed up or stop?

Does each material AI project have a benefits owner and a stated value, even if that value is only directional?

Do you stop or reshape projects that cannot show a control plan before they scale?

Are go, hold, and stop decisions written down with an owner and a date?

Do you know which projects are waiting on a control gap rather than on funding?

Can we trust the decisions AI is making?

Where AI informs a decision, is a person accountable for the outcome?

Can someone override or appeal an AI-supported decision?

Do you test those decisions against known cases before you rely on them?

Do you know which decisions AI must not take on its own?
